Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
An order can be cancelled only while it remains unshipped and has not entered production.
When cancellation is approved before dispatch, the complete purchase amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Orders already transferred to the shipping carrier are no longer eligible for cancellation.

Returns
Customers must submit return requests within 14 days of receiving the order.
To qualify for return processing, returned products must satisfy these requirements:

The product must be unused and kept in its original received condition.
All original packaging must be included in the return.
A valid order confirmation or purchase record must be supplied.

Please reach out to customer support before mailing any return. Return guidance must be provided first and followed properly.
Customers will pay no more than one total shipping charge, including the original delivery and return shipment where applicable.
Returned products will not be subject to restocking charges.

Refunds
Once the returned item has arrived and been checked, an email will be sent confirming that the return has been reviewed.
You will be advised whether the refund request has been accepted.
If accepted, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within several business days depending on the payment service.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not been received:

Review your bank account again.
Contact your credit card issuer, as the refund may require additional posting time.
Contact your bank, because processing periods can differ.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be provided after approval.
For returns made for personal preference or customer-related reasons, the customer may need to pay return shipping.
For damaged products, defective items, or wrong shipments, return shipping costs will be covered.
