Order Preparation

After dispatch, delivery usually requires 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and carrier logistics.

• Severe weather or other logistical interruptions

Changing the Shipping Address
Shipping address updates must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is placed.

After order processing has started, changes may not be possible.
