FAQ – Customer Ordering Guide
How to Place an Order
Add your selected products to the shopping cart.
Continue to checkout using either the standard checkout option or PayPal.
Provide your email, full name, and shipping details.
Apply any available promo code in the Discount field before payment.
Confirm the delivery address → enter payment information → select Complete Order.
After the order is submitted, confirmation will be displayed on the website and emailed to you. Support: service@lumiivex.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Reach out to support and include:
Your order number
A clear image under 1MB showing the problem
Once reviewed, the correct product will be sent at no extra charge. Email: service@lumiivex.com
Confirming Your Order
The confirmation email includes your order number and order details. If it is missing, please check your junk or spam folder.
Modifying an Order
Requests to update an order must be made before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day it is placed. After that deadline, the order may already be processing. Contact: service@lumiivex.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Choose product variations → Add to Cart
View cart: Open the cart icon
Adjust quantity: Edit the Quantity field
Remove item: Select Remove
Recommended Browsers
Updated versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge/IE are recommended for stable browsing.
Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Choose PayPal → log in → approve the transaction → return to order confirmation.
Discount Codes
Type your promo code → click Apply → the discount will be shown in the order total.
